| Under Construction Join Date: Sep 2006 Posts: 35 Rep Power: ![]() | My biceps are different sizes!!!, as a kid I used to muck around with a 5kg weight, just on the side of the bed with my right arm doing countless reps, as a result it was bigger Now my left bicep appears to be the same size, but when I straighten my arm the right one looks bigger, and when tense it also is larger... I cant explain it but how can I make both biceps the same size? Does anyone have a list of all the excercises for biceps so I can do them all and hope they even out if I do the exact same reps and weights or any idea how to tactical this... thanks |

| Illuminati | isn`t it normal for your right arm to be slightly bigger than your left- that is assuming you`re not a south paw. i`d try an extra workset with a dumbell for the smaller arm ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |

| Making Progress | generally the muscles right down the side of your body which is more dominant (ie the one you write with) will always be slightly stronger (so id presume slightly bigger too).. its normal mate, unless the difference is extremely pronouced i wouldnt worry about it too much. |

This maybe something, my back is started growing freakishly big, I didnt think it was possible that fast, but the arms are still sticks.... |
