Default trap bar

Noticed a strange axel type piece of kit in the corner of the gym today so after reading about cal's endless improvements i thought id give it a go, not sure on the weight of the bar but pretty sure i hit a pb on deadlift and also think my form was pretty good so will definitely be using again.

Just a bit of completly uselees info i thought id share with you all

I have sciatica on my right side so something I'd definitely use if my gym had one. Would buy one but I've sold all my weights now and am just using the gym so not point will just deadlift and hope for the best.

there are actually some example cycles which were used i think by soviet athletes in it.
i think the principals would work for natty or drug user, just by altering the frequency.

abbreviated training is pretty much the same as single factor training(i think)
a step beyond that is dual factor training -
which most peeps rave over.

I think I will read it again to be honest was a long time ago and when I first started training. I read it right after arnolds encyclopedia and reading arnolds training routines. When you first start training you think the more the better and saome guy telling me to do 3 sets a month just made me think **** that. Rookie mistake infact I am going to read it again then we can argue more about it
