| Moderator Musclechat Icon Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 1,940 Rep Power: ![]() | all of them! it depends on what part of your arm you want the thickness... its more to do with hand positioning than actual exercises.. for instance... sit on a preacher bench with a light dumbell in one hand... experiment with performing the rep with the weight pulled into the body (i.e. in centre of bench) or pushed away from the body (i.e. toward side of the bench) you should notice how the stress on the muscle moves from the inside to the outside of teh muscle!! - the elbow should remain close to your body at all times! hope this makes sense! ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself!
