| Under Construction Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 42 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi all My chest routine used to get me almost in tears it would burn and hurt so bad. It would feel like my chest was going to blow off my body. The last 2 weeks it hasn't been doing so well. In fact I have been having trouble feeling anything at all. Partener saya form is still good. Any advice from anyone would be appreciated. My workout routine is in anabolic forum. |

I know people will disagree but 16 sets is way too much. I think ive told you this before, 16 sets too much and the fact your chest no longer responds points to this fact. |

| Illuminati Join Date: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,539 Rep Power: ![]() | Also no offence but the fact that he no longer suffers DOMS certainly doesn't point to overtraining excessive DOMS and fatigue is actually a sign of overtraining so its completely the opposite. No Doms after 16 sets means up the intensity not lower the sets? |
