Default Dead back

Even with nothingness weight I get pain in lower back at one side after dead lifts and look like an old geezer (which I am incidentally relative to you guys) in the morning getting out of bed. Any suggestions?

Hi buddy. Is the pain on one side only?

Is it a sharp shooting pain when getting up?
Is your range of motion ok when bending?
Does the pain travel down one leg and feel like its in your arse, leg and back on one side?
Do you have a sticky out gut and backside ie slightly curved spine etc..?

Anyway let me know as I think you may have sciatica (excuse the poor spelling)
