Example Monday I had 350 lbs on and wasn't having good day so it felt heavier than usual. on my 4th rep barely got it. 5th rep got about half way up and partener had to tap bar for me to get it the rest of the way.6th rep partener helped out again by just tapping the bar. On the 6th rep if I had done a negative.Would it have been better for me then what I did? |

I use them when Im losing strength for pushing ie: bench press, so I would consentrate on controlling the weight and taking my time on the way down, and having a spotter help me up again. For me, these are usually done on your last few reps of a set. Anyone else got advice? BUTCH |
