what do u guys think of this?

im just getting back into training after a 5 year break, so need to build a solid foundation, just wonered what u guys think of this program?
it would seem to make sense to me, just using compound movements and increasing weight every week if possible.

any thoughts would be greatly appeciated

Ive never heard of the bloke but its a very similar routine, nearly exact, to what I do and I love it! Good gains, oh yes good gains!
