Default Obliques help

im just wondering how can get better obliques, ive seen ppl with them and they look great but people ive seen that started goin to gym already had like fat there and thn turns in to muscle, as i havent got no fat there how do i get them because ive slowly n faintly got a 6pack now but doesnt look right as i havent got no obliques please help thanks...

hi mate, im afraid u cant turn fat into muscle! thats impossible!
some good exercises for the obliques in IMO are bar twists, do 2 sets of 2 mins each time u train your abs. also when u do your normal ab workout, im guessing u do crunches or leg raises etc, u could perform those exercises with a twist. when u crunch, twist your torso, your right elbow towards your left knee. and vice versa, hope this helps u a little

its all about diet... there may not be much fat there... but its about getting the skin thin there too as well as pretty much ZERO fat in that area!

the exercises above will help but without the correct conditiong they wont do nothing!
