(if your unsure of intensity techniques get hold of a weider training manual or arnolds encyclopedia etc.) for instance.. i like the volume training principle for bringing up lagging muscles/areas becasue this way of training FORCES lots of blood into the specific muscle/area being trained... hence intense pumps and good growth!! say your normal chest routine had incline smith press for 4 sets... on my "extra" day, if i was wanting to bring up my upper chest... id do 5-6 sets of incline smith presses ALL with a moderate weight... but only having a max of 45 seconds rest between each set... this works well for me! also, i find for upper chest... bent over (so your back is roughly 90 degrees) cable crossovers are excellent.... stand about a foot and half benind the cables... bend to 90 degrees and perform the exercise so that the cables are moving in a stright line from their pulleys... i.e. not being pushed backward or forward at all during the movement... really squeeze your wrists together and squeeze chest at bottom of movement! excellent in my opinion! ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself!
