| Making Progress Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Manchester Posts: 429 Rep Power: ![]() | found out last week what a big difference a training partner makes, big fella hogging the squat rack and i worked in with him, didn't lift that more than normal but he pushed me to go lower and instead of 2 minutes between sets it was around a minute, i was hobbling for most of the week. Don't think id be able to train to that intensity every week but fooking hell it was fun....! going to have to find a partner |
