Now to today..... i feel like its my first ever workout, chest is well tender and back feels tight as fook and i'm aching more than i have done for years. Anybody else been silly enough to try this? |

Next day I wake up and had incredible tightness in my chest ("Oh god, cancer"). Sat up in bed and realised the feeling spread round to my back as well (oh god, lung cancer). Gave myself a good slap and walked around for the rest of the day like I was wearing a powerlifting suit. Felt fine the following day and vowed to make it a regular part of my programme (perhaps once a fortnight). Bring it on....... |

It can be a long workout with a high number of sets ( im guessing 12 chest, 12 back). Possible to get done in a little over an hour if u dont mess around. I took a health class in college and i remember the teacher saying that when u weight train, u should do both muscles on either side of the bone in the same day ie/ chest/back, quads/hams, bis/tris and im guessing shoulders on its own day. Anyone wanna throw up a good chest/back workout? Has anyone tried superseting chest with back, going from bench to rows, then superset flies with pulldowns? !!! very good pump |
