| Under Construction | Hi, whilst most of my training is going well and im making good steady gains one part of my body seems to be lagging behind. No mateer how hard i work them my lats never seem to grow. can anyone recommend a good routine to help improve my lats thanks, BigDom |

| Under Construction | My current routine is as follows: 3x8 wide grip lat pull down 3x8 seated cable rows 3x8 one arm dumbbell row/bent over barbell row 3x8 deadlift this is the routine i usually follow although i do sometimes substitute in over exercises, but i always do lat pull downs. BigDom |
