Default Lats

Hi,

whilst most of my training is going well and im making good steady gains one part of my body seems to be lagging behind. No mateer how hard i work them my lats never seem to grow.

can anyone recommend a good routine to help improve my lats

Bump up the volume on the lat pulldowns, and always get heavy deadlifts in on your back day for overall back improvement/recruitment

Wide hrip chin ups mate, i always ache after them and ill make sure i do no less than 50 reps, after a while im 1 repping but always reach 50.

My current routine is as follows:

3x8 wide grip lat pull down
3x8 seated cable rows
3x8 one arm dumbbell row/bent over barbell row
3x8 deadlift

this is the routine i usually follow although i do sometimes substitute in over exercises, but i always do lat pull downs.
