Default What was a goal for you to achieve? Mine was.......

I wanted to get over 1000lbs on the leg press and was able to do 5 reps of 1080 lbs! I don't know what that converts to kilo's sorry! what was a goal of yours or what are you working on?
Here is a video of me doing 225 shoulder presses the bar is weighted even though it is on a smith machine.

Mine was the bench 100kgs in the beginning, and it took me until i was 19!

then it was 120...

then 140....

then 145...

and now its 150 !!

I had two goals for the last year: (1) to bring my lagging back up to scratch (2) to find some abs.

Well, I'm quitely pleased with my back in terms of thickness and width.

Abs? Well, I've found a four pack (it's more like a four pack and a deflated rubber ring), so lots of hard work still to be done there.

For the immmediate future, it's the unkown territory of whether I can get myself into actual competition condition

british champ for my class.... its a long way down the road for me.. and theres lots of stepping stones and other goals in between... but thats what all my other little goals are geared toward... i dont have a timescale yet.. im not in a position with my physique to give one either.... but it looms large in the back of my mind! lol

....i like to make things hard for myself!!

Now is the competition in December. I am glad to see the positive response all you have your different goals and I hope you all reach them. Nick when it comes to computers I am very elementary so where can I post pics? I don't have many since I video record everything I do but I do have a digital camera and could take some for easily.
