Default need to work the abbs but how many do i do?

I have a fading 6 pack right now and i never worked my stomic i just started getting abbs at age 11 and now 16 with a fading 6 pack. Im pritty sure i go them from driving my race quad but now i havent drove it much cause im having troubles getting it to run and only drove 3 times in the past 6 months.

Now its fading and i got a little fat on it and dont see it much. Like will sit ups get rid of it? i been doing 30 sit ups every day and it seems like it is working but not sure if its in my head. I dont think i should loose weight cause i already way under weight.

Default

you need to lose the bit of fat for the muscle to show keep doing your sit ups but do some cardio as well and they will show a lot more when the fat is gone
