Default help for my goal.. lose b/f

hi guys,

im wanting to loose fat while atleast maintaining muscle/strength...
Basically i ride to work and back this is about 50min each way.
When would be the best time to train, i try to train in the morning but sometimes am too tired, but im not sure if its a waste to train after riding nearly 1 hr home in the evening?

also what should i be looking at as far as diet... i.e ratio of carbs to protein considering i am weights training and 2hrs cardio each day.

Your help would be appreciated

It is most likely your diet is lettig you down because if you do that much cycling and cardio and your not droping weight there is somthing wrong.

What is your current diet like?
What times do you eat approx?
How many days a week do you train?
