Default Goals for a year's time

What is everybody hoping to achieve in the next year in terms of training?

I want to solidify my gains, gets maybe another stone on me but without the flab. Want to bring up my lagging body parts (anterior delts, calves + legs) and balance out bodyparts (right arm is smaller than left etc).

In a years time, I don't expect to be significantly better, but the overall quality, symmetry and proportions to be more spot on. I hope the core training i'm doing these days will also support my lifts and I can crack out some great PBs this year.

Want that 150 bench, 150 squat (shit knees. ), 12 reps of 40kg shoulder dumbells, and 220kg deadlift.

Nick

I'd like to add 2 inches to my arms, as they're only 14 inches at the moment.

I would like to add at least one stone of weight, but keep my gut the same size or smaller.

Want to deadlift 350lbs and bench 200 lbs (hey, we all start somewhere lol).

Also want to strengthen my core greatly, as i have weak abs and always have lower back problems. I'm going to train them alot more consistently.

don't feel my arms are in proportion with my upper body so definitely need to increase the size of them and hamstrings are lagging behind my quads and calfs.
