I want to solidify my gains, gets maybe another stone on me but without the flab. Want to bring up my lagging body parts (anterior delts, calves + legs) and balance out bodyparts (right arm is smaller than left etc). In a years time, I don't expect to be significantly better, but the overall quality, symmetry and proportions to be more spot on. I hope the core training i'm doing these days will also support my lifts and I can crack out some great PBs this year. Want that 150 bench, 150 squat (shit knees. I would like to add at least one stone of weight, but keep my gut the same size or smaller. Want to deadlift 350lbs and bench 200 lbs (hey, we all start somewhere lol). Also want to strengthen my core greatly, as i have weak abs and always have lower back problems. I'm going to train them alot more consistently. |
