sry for the late reply, been working quite a bit. Could u explain to me what the nolvadex does and the liv52 ( reason for needing it) and where i could possibly find these?

i really wish i woulda saw this earlier. I have alrdy started the winnie cycle im a few days into it. I cleaned up my diet quite good for a week, go used to it and started the winnie.

This is my first cycle of steroids i have ever done. I went with winnie because alot of ppl told me that it has the least side effects. Im reading up on it and it seems that its major downfall is its effects on the liver.

how bad is 1 cycle for me? Can this liver protection (Liv52) be purchased at a nutrition store? If so, should i take it during the cycle or after? I wish i woulda researched my self instead of going by what i thought were knowledgeable people's recommendations.

any advice here would be appreciated.

You can buy milk thistle at a nutrition store. Go buy it asap and take a shed load.

ok much appreciated nick, ill hit up the nutrition store asap. Ill keep you posted as well, see if i notice any change in my physique. My third day taking it is today, im not sure how long it takes for it to start working.

Approximately 10 days, with a 9 hour halflife

Anything that causes a shutdown of the HPTA (any steroid), will need PCT.

As soon as you stop taking the winstrol, the testosterone level will be low, therefore estrogen may/will rise, therefore gyno could be created.

yea i wasnt aware that winny could cause gyno either. I picked up the milk thistle today and took 3 pills immediately. Ill continue to take it during the cycle, if im correct on doing so.

Its a fairly small cycle, 40 mg a day for 25 days, but its also my first.

now as for nolvadex, is this an over the counter drug? can it be bought in nutrition stores? And when should i begin to take it?
I have a buddy who said he has a source for it, so im guessing i cant buy it at a store >.<

Oh and what does halflife for a steroid mean?

You can't buy it in a shop,

40mg is a fairly substantial dose, but if its alone it should be fine.

Halflife is the time it takes for the blood levels of a drug to become 50% of the initial amount (i think.. ?)
