Well it seems to work for alot of people, although i've heard that it takes alot of perseverence as the weights you use are discouragingly light and it can be a boring program. I did quads and calves today and i had an insane leg workout: try this out if ur bored and want to push yourself: Squats 10 sets of ten reps ( start light, work ur way up, by the 6th or 7 th set youll be taking weight off tust me) Hack squats 3 sets at 10-12 reps Lunges: My gym has an indoor track in it that is 1/12th of a mile. We used no weights and went around the track once. At about halfway i was dying, but i finished. Leg extensions; again 3 sets at 8-12 reps. Im sure i wont be able to walk tomorrow |
