Default Post Menopausal Programme

My friend has asked me to put a programme together for her and I thought I'd ask for suggestions here first. Her goal is to increase her core strength.

She is a 54 year old woman, who is just coming out the other side of the menopause.

I would say she is pretty fit. She cycles daily across London. She does yoga 2/3 three times a week and swims twice a week (she does about 100 lengths at a time).

She now has access to a gym through her work and is looking to do 2 sessions with weights a week, concentrating on building up her core strength.

Any suggestions?
