Don't train arms more than once per week, as it will on the most part me overtraining. This especially applies if you have just started working out. Some people may disagree, but I think high intensity, low volume training is the best for gaining mass. Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

Aim for max 12 sets made up of 3 different exercises. This when done after your back, will be enough for that week. check out some of the diets in the other sections to get an idea of what you need to be eating. |
