Default your thoughts on this training programme

hi all! i've been following this training programme entitled the 24 Workout Mass Blitz for a few weeks and my body has seemed to react to it quite effectively! The author is going for maximum hypertrophy and I must say I have seem some solid gains. However I havent completed it, as I had laser eye surgery and so have to wait 2 weeks before I can hit it again

anyway enough chat.. heres the link.. i'll be interested in what you lot think of it.

I have to admit i didn't read the whole thing but there are some solid principles outlined in that routine that could be worth following.

However it all seems a bit too regimented for my liking, it doesn't allow all that much flexibility...

hi all. been off the internet for a while so thought i would pop back and let you know about this workout. It is quite strict and hard to stick to the 5 day cycle if you have other priorties during the week. However I have seen some good gains in the upper body and a bit in the legs. The only objection I would have to it is that it does not address the abdominals. A load of fat has covered mine up... so time to drop the bodyfat%!
