| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: bham Posts: 50 Rep Power: ![]() | hi all! i've been following this training programme entitled the 24 Workout Mass Blitz for a few weeks and my body has seemed to react to it quite effectively! The author is going for maximum hypertrophy and I must say I have seem some solid gains. It is quite strict and hard to stick to the 5 day cycle if you have other priorties during the week. However I have seen some good gains in the upper body and a bit in the legs. The only objection I would have to it is that it does not address the abdominals. A load of fat has covered mine up... so time to drop the bodyfat%! |
