Default workout routine question

I did alot of research on which kind of routines would be better comparing the split workout to the full body workout and i came up with this routine.

Monday:Chest/Triceps
Tuesday:Back/Biceps
Wednesday:Off
Thursday:Quads/Hams
Friday:Shoulders/Calves
Weekend:Off
(Abs atleast two days a week)

How does that routine look? Any comments or suggestions?

Yep. Very similar to what I do. Nothing fancy but does the job. As long as your diet is good and you don't do too many sets then you should get good results.

Default workout routine question

alright sounds good to me. I was overworking my routine before putting arms in 3 times a week and trying to build muscle that way but i did my research and found that its better to do it somewhat like this. So ill stick with this for a while and see how it turns out.

Thanks!!
Chris
