| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2006 Posts: 21 Rep Power: ![]() | I did alot of research on which kind of routines would be better comparing the split workout to the full body workout and i came up with this routine. Monday:Chest/Triceps Tuesday:Back/Biceps Wednesday:Off Thursday:Quads/Hams Friday:Shoulders/Calves Weekend:Off (Abs atleast two days a week) How does that routine look? Any comments or suggestions? |

I was overworking my routine before putting arms in 3 times a week and trying to build muscle that way but i did my research and found that its better to do it somewhat like this. So ill stick with this for a while and see how it turns out. Thanks!! Chris |
