| Making Progress Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Spain Posts: 262 Rep Power: ![]() | Correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like you really need to lose some bodyfat. Do this and you will get the "toned" look. I generally stick to the same reps when cutting or bulking although I might increase them slightly on a cut to get my heart beating a bit faster. Do some cardio with with your current routine. The lower your bodyfat, the more toned you will look. |
