Do you think dropsets are benificial during bulking on compound lifts such as dead/squats or just do straight heavy sets.. |

Mainly because I think your're doing a lot of sets and the drop sets might put you into overtraining. For me training naturally I'd have to lose an exercise form the back, probably the reverse fly as you've got that in your delts and traps day. From the legs I'd stick to 3 exercises and cycle the ones you've listed every 4 weeks. And possibly stick to one exercises on the calves on the Sat. as you've already done them on the Tuesday. Of course if you're not natural then I'm not the best person to comment if this routine is one to follow. |
