Default Help! i sholuder press more than i bench

Yes that's right im shoulder pressing more than I bench, How can I change this, iv tried forced reps, super setting, drop setting, negatives. What am I doing wrong? my squat, deadlift, barbell curl and most others are quite good but my bench both flat and incline are depressing, any tips?

What are your current lifts for these exercises (i'm assuming they are substantial weights because you are doing steroids or going to do them....)

No disrespect, but it sounds like you have a hell of a long way to go in terms of natural growth before you should be delving into steroids.

just my 2cents...

best i can tell you is, concentrate on doing 1 to 3 reps for your chest and do around 6 sets max, 4 sets on bench press and 2 sets on incline. thats it do this for 3 weeks, then when you go back to 8 rps per set your should of by now increased your lifts, cant see why not. remeber most of it is in your head, and the best way to get over that is to lower the rep range and lift heavier this gives you a good feeling as you are now lifting heavy, more than you imagined, so as you can see it has a possitive effect, then when you go back to 8 rps, in your mind you now you can lift the weight and all you got to do is take a little weight off and bang 8 rps maximum lift will come.

Do you use a free weight or do you use a smith machine . I would try and use the smith machine so you dont have to concentrate on balancing the bar and can focus your attention on getting perfect form .
