Default Men's Health Article

I get the impression alot of you don't live in the states, so I don't know if a non-u.s. edition of Men's Health is any different and if you can access a U.S. edition of Men's Health if it is different. Anyways, I figure you guys would be interested in an article from the May 2006 edition. Page 144 the title is called Inside The Muscle Laboratories, its not a completely different perspective in weight training, but I thought it was an interesting read and I thought of you wonderful people to share it with....

Any chance of a brief run through so i dont have to go and buy mens health. I used to by it but the content seems to be more aimed towards overweight people who want a six pack!

I find that mens health etc have about 60 pages of ads and about 1/4 a page of anything useful. Load of BS to me!

Its more a lifestyle mag, Lexus, BMW and Audi adverts and articles on "How to get laid even though you look like Pee Wee Herman", and other stuff that is no more relevant to life than the ramblings of Tony Blair!
