Default drop sets

How often would you fellas recomend doing drop sets?
i.e 1 set per training session, 2 sets per session?
Thanks in advance

hi i usually do my final set per body part as a drop set
i.e chest (incline bench press) put your max weight on say its 60kg per side put 6 10kg weights each side press to failure then take 10 kgs off each side and so on untill left with a 10kg plate each side
gives a hugh pump

They certainly tire you out and sap a lot of energy I wouldn't recommend using them in every session unless you're experienced, could lead to overtraining.
Personally, I only use them when I'm short on time.

I rarely do dropsets because they easily lead to over training. The only time I ever do them if I am in a hurry. I think you get the best results by lifting heavy for 6-10 reps, and resting in between sets.
