| Under Construction Join Date: Oct 2005 Posts: 54 Rep Power: ![]() | hi i usually do my final set per body part as a drop set i.e chest (incline bench press) put your max weight on say its 60kg per side put 6 10kg weights each side press to failure then take 10 kgs off each side and so on untill left with a 10kg plate each side gives a hugh pump |

| Making Progress Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Spain Posts: 262 Rep Power: ![]() | They certainly tire you out and sap a lot of energy I wouldn't recommend using them in every session unless you're experienced, could lead to overtraining. Personally, I only use them when I'm short on time. |
