Default BIG CHUNKY DEADLIFTS

Ive seen guys just doing partial reps without touching the floor, in a way there just hovering the bar of the ground maybe 50cm or so.What is this muscle is this hitting the most!

Is this the best way to get results out of your deadlifts????

best thing to do with deads is to lower, just touch the ground and go right back up...full range repitions are best...

I agree. They are harder to perform too, which has got to be good

We do these sort where you just nick the ground with the weight. A full rep will always do you good.

Depends what you are trying to train, once the bar passes the knee-caps your back will come out of lock and the stress will shift from your hamstrings to your lower back.

I would say "partial" deadlifts are very effective at hamstring development.
