Default KNEE WRAPS

Whats everyones thoughts on knee wraps. ive got my squat up to 150kg for 8 reps but after my right knee gives me a little bit of a dull ache. I warm up properly with a light 50 reps of leg extensions and the pyramid the weight up on the squat before i do my one heavy 8reps then do a 20 repper ( ouch)
Would wraping my knees be good idea or just keep going the knee only hurts a little bit after and not for long

I usualy warm up to around 180kgs -220kgs on the squat, then for my heavyer sets I wrap my knees. Try wrapping the knee for your last few heavy sets.
I use the Inzer red and black iron wraps. The wraps protect my leg and dont seem to hinder me from gaining muscle around the knee area. They also allow me to handle more weight in the squat and leg press. I personaly dont seem to have any problems with my knees and I have been using wraps for the last 7 years. Hope that helps champ.

Chris from some one so strong my squat must seem a bit poor! Thanks very much for the answer looks like i might be getting some knee wraps for that heavy set of squats. Leg presses dont cause me any pain so i should be ok with those.
Thanks mate for making my mind up

Everybody has to start somwhere buddy, 150kgs for reps is strong. Using knee wraps will help you handle more weight! Make sure to squat below parallel, so that you get a good spring from the wraps. Im sure before long you will be at 200kgs for reps. Good luck

Hey chris, do you know a UK seller of the same wraps?

PS - didn't see you at the bath powerlifting?
