You have to be able to go to true failure not just give up! Its intense and ive tweaed bits to suit me but ive gained well on it. I use the push, pul legs split 3 days a week and using mike principals its great |

I have never heard him make so much noise when training before!! I found it absolutly exhausting, and agony! But it is a great way of training. we found though that we are too much of a gym junkie, and enjoy regular workouts to much, and that the long rest periods felt a bit odd!! |
