i think its called 'neuropathy or neurolagy' ? i think its caused by lack of something needed by the body vitamins etc or too much of something in you body, alcoholism... or a damaged nerve? if it is that, youl get a tingling sensation in your hand and/or feet, because your getting these when exercising, i'd see a doctor asap to be on the safe side mate

mm thanks mate but my doctor is useless, he will probably tell me to stop working out for a year or something. i doubt its alcoholism cos i dnt drink at all. i dont get any tingly feeling anywhere. Perhaps it is the lack of vitamins and minerals cos my diet is kinda crap due to lack of cash. However i do get carbs, a bit of protein and i do eat apples and drink loads of water. I had two cups of coffee before but i doubt that would be the reason. i just did my pushups just now and didnt get any pain :?

Hm....

sounds scary, perhaps it is due to elevated blood pressure causing you a headache, then when the pain passes you are left with a feeling of cold there. The two cups of coffee will raise blood pressure so could be that. Maybe worth getting a BP test

It could be excessive vasodilation in the brain - if so, caffeine will help - and avoid things like Ginseng, they will exacerbate the problem.

No, you misunderstood me. Excessive vasodilation can cause headaches/pain - caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, i.e. does the opposite.

ah ok thankssorry if i understood it wrong. well i talked to my dad and the problem is i was contrating too hard. basically in a way i was rope jumping with my brain lol. I think i was focusing too much but not on the jumping action but in my head and thats why it hurt.lol its ridiculous isnt it but it sounds like the right reason. so guys if you wanna work your brain just stick to reading
