But ive started to notice that the top of the pectorals and the middle line where they meet is developing nicely.. but the lower of the pectorals seems to be taking its time are there any specific excercises or technique changes I can use to focus more on the lower width sections? cheers Dave |

I would change your chest routine to the following: Flat DB Bench Press Incline DB Flyes Weighted Dips If you dont have access to a dipping station, then do Decline DB Bench Press instead. |

it was extremely obvious that you dont do flat benchpress. As you said you cant bench press, so obviously this is the problem. For a more developed lower chest flat benchpress is the best exercise you can do. | |
