That is complete rubbish. Maximal lower chest activation comes from a range of motion below perpendicular to the body - i.e. decline press, dips, and crossovers (with correct angle).

If you're going to conjecture and give bad advice as if it was fact, you should take a break from posting - just avoid the Submit button.
Agreed. I think that you would be amazed at what adding a few sets of dips to your chest workout could do.

Just a quick note - I would strongly recommend adding some RC exercises to your routine if you are doing exercises such as dips.
