| Under Construction | Hello, i find that my chest is always very breast like, curvy pecs with a big gap in the middle. Does anyone know some good shaping exercises that will give me a more square look and bridge the gap a little? Thank you ______________________ http://groups.msn.com/YourBodyYourTemple |

When i first began training, i noticed that my gains gave me a similar shape chest as descibed above. So i switched to favouring upper chest movements in my workouts. these days, i NEVER do flat bench presses, only incline. I believe emphesising upper pectoral stress as a priority in my chest workout, has given me a more even and balanced chest. (pec tear aside). I know some people believe that isolating an area of the muscle is impossible, as the stress is shared throughout the entire muscle group. But my experience makes me believe otherwise. My apraoch has worked for me i feel. It worked for Dorian too. He neglected flat benching after a while also. |

| Under Construction | thanks for the tips guys, to be honest i dont do any of these alot except Dips. ill do only incline instead of flat presses now, and close grip sounds good to me. Thanks again ______________________ http://groups.msn.com/YourBodyYourTemple |
