| Under Construction | I'm trying to figure out how much recovery time is needed in between my training sessions to allow for optimum muscle growth and bigger results. Currently my training schedule as is follows: Day 1: Chest/Tris/ Abs Day 2: Bi's/Back Day 3: Shoulders/Legs/Abs Day 4: Rest And Repeat. My workouts are fairly intense and consist of 3 different excercises per body part x4 sets of as many complete reps I can perform with approximately 80% of my max. (usually between 6 and 8 ) Is the above training schedule allowing for enough recovery time, or would I benefit better from training every other day? (1 day on 1 day off) Any suggestions, advice, or comments would be greatly appreciated. -Fortdaddy |
