It's these smaller muscles that differentiate a bodybuilder from someone that just hangs at the gym, imo. Calves - 3 sets twice a week Traps - 6 sets once a week With traps, up til two weeks ago i did 6 sets twice a week but have changed my routine. what do u guys recommend? |

| Illuminati | i do single leg calf raises every time i train(3x in 2 week)for 3 sets of 15 with a final set of 1 x 20 with no weight. i usually only do chins 6x6- occasionally with a set of shrugs 1x10 afterwards-at the mo my back gets trained 1x every 10 days(mind you i`m dead/squatting 3x in 2 week as well) ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
