And then if I keep a routine and after awhile I notice there is not much difference in my body, I just wasted two weeks, where I should have changed up my routine. I have heard to have a stable routine for 6 weeks then change it up. What do you guys say about all this? Thanks in advance. ______________________ I overdosed this time on pure adrenaline. |

| I tend to change one exercise for each bodypart every couple of months or so. Example..... Shoulders - Standing military press, standing side laterals, bent over laterals Would change to - Seated db press, standing side laterals, bent over laterals Next rotation - Seated db press, seated side laterals, bent over laterals etc etc. I never change the whole routine at once. | |
