Day 1 Legs
Squats - 3 x 10
Leg Press 3 x 10
Lunges 3 x 10
SLD 3 x 10
Calf Raises 4 x 20

Day 2 Chest & Abs
Incline Machine Press 4 x 10
Pec Dec 4 x 10
Wide Grip Dips 4 x 10
crunches 4 x 50
hanging leg raises 2 x 20
Obliques - 4 x 20 each side

Day 3 Rest

Day 4 Arms
Dips 3 x 10
Skulls 3 x 10
Rope Pushowns 3 x 10
Hammer Curls 3 x10
Concentration Curls 3 x 10
Cable Curls 3 x 10

Day 5 Cardio & Abs
90 mins Swimming
Roman Chair Sit ups with 10kg plate 4 x 20

Day 6 Back & Shoulders
Deads 3 x 10
Machine Rows 3 x 10
Hyperextensions 3 x10
Machine Press 3 x 10
Cable Raises Side - 3 x 10
Upright Rows 3 x 10
Shrugs 3 x 10
