Default amount of weight

i was training for years for endurance rather than strength, but am now training more strength than endurance,im not using a gym and am training alone so dont have anyone to compare to...i was basically just wondering how much of a fairy i really am and wanted to know the average of what lads are lifting on the basic exercises ie bench press, squat, curls, press above head etc....and for reps or just one lift?
im talking about an average height/weight fella in reasonable nick.
dont think im gonna like what i read but gotta face the truth some time i spose ! any other weeds feel free to reply it will boost my ego...cheers

How much weight you are lifting is not as relevant as you may think in bodybuilding, it's more important to try to increase that weight at regular intervals. I for example am weaker than what you might expect for the amount of muscle I have on my frame.

yea thats true.bodybuilding isnt really about strength but looking strong.to gain loads of muscle lifting heavy isnt enough, its also the amoutn of weights you lift, how you lift it and what you eat.if you are interested in strength then a powerlifting or weightlifting apporach to your training would be better.

my best lifts to date are bench 145kg, deadlift 205kg and leg press 340kg, all for 1 rep.
