I train in the gym 4 times a week and wondered how many times a week I should train abs, mine a starting to just show but have heard that you can over train! Would 3 times a week be enough or to much?? ______________________ You dont win friends with salad..... |

| Legend | The only way to show abbs is cardio and diet no amount of abb work wil do it if these arnt in the equation 8) Twice a week is enough, do two exercises for about 3 sets of 25. each if your abbs are not very thick, you can add weight but be aware that they can grow so not to heavy. i would leave side bends out ![]() |
