Default Abs How many Times a week??

Any help on this one would be appreciated!!

I train in the gym 4 times a week and wondered how many times a week I should train abs, mine a starting to just show but have heard that you can over train!

Would 3 times a week be enough or to much??

once a week some times but they get a good work out from lifting weights any way

I currently do about 300 a session of various exercises this is why I worry!

once a week - 3 controlled sets of 15-they get loads of secondary work from other exercises-its low body fat that you need to show those abs

The only way to show abbs is cardio and diet no amount of abb work wil do it if these arnt in the equation 8)

Twice a week is enough, do two exercises for about 3 sets of 25. each if your abbs are not very thick, you can add weight but be aware that they can grow so not to heavy. i would leave side bends out
