But far more important is core stability, exercises like the plank, jacknives and other unilateral work will build strength where it counts, and keep you injury free. |

I train my abbs daily in the morning around 6.30am and i will do around 9 sets then finnish of with twists. No word of a lie you can get your finger between them. they are rock hard and chiseled. Work them daily and hit them hard and dont neglect your reverse abbs. |
