Default SHOULDERS

Hi all

First off i would just like to say thank you to everyone who has posted replies to my topics, they have really helped and i have really noticed the difference!

Im just a little uncertain about what shoulder exercises i can do for bulking them up, i have quite big arms but my shoulders need a bit of work

If you could post your current routine up (all of it) then we may be able to help you.

Arnold press is ace mate really great for building up those rear delts!!! Try include them in if you can. Also for building up your rear delts do rear delt rows with barbells and dumbbells.

Upright rows are ace as well.

Lateral raises are the business as well and there are fair few you can do such as raising the dumbbell to your eyes, or all the way at a vertical position. Can also do those buggers lying down if you feeling a little tired.

oh and for your presterior deltoid a personal fave of mine is to do seated rear lateral raises, which just involves sitting at the end of the bench with your back hunched and dumbbells kinda under your leg/bench and then just raising the dumbbells with a bit of an angle but not too much!

Okies splints shouldery stuff
Over and out!

For bulking up your shoulders bro I would go for the behind the neck shoulder press seated, But lower the barbell to the bottom of your ears -no lower so that you dont damage your rotator cuff, good luck bro.

for BULKING-compound exercises-military press or dumbell press-
DONT press behind the neck-upright rows can cause shoulder probs -and lateral raises are for most a waste of time
