| Making Progress Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: TUNBRIDGE WELLS Posts: 182 Rep Power: ![]() | I always warm up with 5-10 mins of light cardio and stretching before my workout i know not everyone does for whatever reason and i have been told its not needed .What do you think?
