Default Ways to help with Delayed Onset Muscular Soreness(DOMS) ?

I box tuesdays thursday and saterdays so its hard for me to keep building muscle and strength and i dont like going to boxing unable to move. But im getting concerned that im losing muscle mass which is bugging me so i want to do more body building work but keep up the boxing.

Even if i say go to boxing tuesday then workout afterwards my lower back and legs , then on thursday im very immobile cause of the DOMS ,

I eat a high protein and carb diet
Take CEE
Flax seed oil , cod liver oil
3x Protein scoops total a day.

So is there any way to lessen the soreness ? i heard stretching after a workout is good ? I used to swim after a workout and that helped but i dont have access to a swimming pool anymore.

Cheers.

ps - I have googled this and found "warmup and warm down" are meant to be useful for curing this, but was just woundering if anyone can give me any tips that have worked from personal experience.

always warmup-light stretching-then your weights or boxing-cool down and then thorough stretching

poom any chance of hitting the sauna? kills the doms alongside swimming as you know

Have you considered that maybe your pushing it TOO much and causing damage rather than positive hypertrophy (i.e. stimulus for the muscles to grow), so what you think is doms is actually damage?

Also, make sure you get your PWO in ASAP after your workout coz i know u slack at this

Nick

Do warm up sets, especially if bulking. I know they're time consuming, but they've prevented SO many injuries which were a LOT more time consuming....

I've found a banana after a session helps - could be the Potassium, I don't know, but it's proven very helpful, even after sessions where I'm SURE I've overdone something, one banana, no DOMS, no injury, nothing.

Try it.
