| Under Construction Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 39 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi All Asyou know i am new to this. I do my abs 3 times week only 2 sets 20 with bit wieght on machine for resistance. How can i get to show my muscle around the abs i do the bike cardio 15mins 3 times a week. Any replies greatly apreciated as i can feel my abs but bit of layer in front also 49 years young lol frank |

| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | You need to get your diet and cardio in order mate if you want to see your abs. If you have a layer of body fat then no amount of crunches will get rid of that. Try doing an extra 15 minutes of cardio per session on a different piece of kit. Stick to training your abs 3 times a week but mix up the exercises so your body does not get use to same old thing. |
