Some like to train in the evening to load up on food in the daytime. I think its mainly a practical thing, you know, fitting it in when you can. For me I like to get to the gym by about 8.30 in the morning. Also I dont really like busy gyms - to much waiting about for stuff!

Get a good breakfast in me and thats it, im off

your testosterone is at its peak in the morning theoritically this is the best time to train but I'm so tired until atleast 4 hours after I wake up not a chance I could train then.
