Some can train with just there breakfast in them, others like to have a few meals before they train, they think it gives them more energy, but if you eat a good breaky your glucogen should be full so yourll have all the energy you going to have regarding food intake to train with just your breakfast in you.

I would like to train in the morning but my gym doesnt open until 7.30, i start work at 8.30. training in the morning is supposed to be good for boosting your metabolism for the rest of the day but, the fluid in your spine needs about an hour to drain back to where it should be after a night on your back before heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts otherwise it isnt gonna be in the right place to lubricate and cushion discs.
