Everyone says eight hours is optimal, with maybe the occasional extra nap if you're trying to gain mass.

I myself only get around 7 most week days - my own fault for watching trashy tv!

I am dieting hard at the minute and I can barely sleep for 5-6 hours, when I am off season I sleep 9 or 10 hours a night and up to 14 at weeksends I love my sleep

7-9 hrs, usually around 7.5 - 8

when on dayshift or off work i sleep a good 8/9 hours but when on nights i am lucky if i get 4 hours sleep....just cant sleep through the day

5 hours, maybe 6....but i sometimes power nap towards the end of the week and i normally make up for the lost sleep saturday morning with 10-12 hours sleep!
