Default Training

My lifts were all going great then I become ill so had a week off and took some antibiotics went back training and noticed on most lifts dropped some reps carried on untill christmas 2weeks then gym closed for ten days back in gym now but reps have halved and it messes my mind up I know best thing to do is lower weight so I hit my target rep range and buil back up to that weight but it pisses me off I work so hard getting to that weight and in 2 weeks I lose it im natral so it aint as if I can take some stuff and get it back it takes time. Give me your views advice bros. ps its like 2 steps forward 1 step back.

i agree with d q you have to keep telling yourself the weight you lift is just a means to an end and not what defines your training.

As devil says, dont worry about weight .
just take it one step at a time come back steady bro,

an injury can set you back months even years. dont be in to much of a hurry to get back up. to the weights you was using before they will come back quick enough anyway. your body remembers were it has bin before

Yes muscle memory is a blessing, as Mr Fat Lad rightly mentions.
