| Illuminati Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: London Posts: 1,066 Rep Power: ![]() | As my skin rips apart I wear gloves, specially on deadlifts! Even with the gloves though skin still rips apart. If you can remove any discomfort from weight training I recommend it as you will be more focused and less distracted. |
